Vendor Sourcing for MVP for Eatable

Eatable was a Swedish food tech startup that operated ghost kitchens and virtual restaurant concepts.

Oium was contracted to assist Eatable in identifying a suitable vendor in the Ukrainian market to develop an MVP for the digitalization of their business.

Oium screened its network of trusted vendors in Ukraine and presented several options, from which Eatable chose to work with one of our partners.

Throughout the project, Oium also provided consultancy to Eatable on the considerations for selecting a vendor and the key factors for finding a good match.

The product was scheduled to launch in March 2022. In 2023, Eatable was acquired, and we remained eager to follow the company’s ongoing progress.
